"WRECK THIS JOURNAL" by Keri Smith

If you are a journal person in need of a journal unlike the others, this is the one for you! If you're not much of a journal person but are looking to start somewhere this is also the one for you! This journal is super fun, random, silly, light hearted, and certainly different than any other journal I've ever seen!

So far I've only done a few pages and it has been super fun! The prompts are super out there and interesting. My boyfriend bought it for me last Christmas and I'm just now getting to it and enjoying it so far! (Since my bf and I live in China the only one available was the one with Chinese as well as English lol). In the pictures below, I've included a few of the pages with some of the prompts so you can get a little idea of what I'm talking about! There are plenty more where that came from ( the book is pretty thick ya'll! plenty of fun to be had!)

In the first couple pages you'll find the instruction page that will give you an idea of how to proceed, it also says the journals instructions are up for interpretation 💃🏽 However, one instruction I advise you to follow is to take it with you while you're out and about as some of the prompts require the outdoors or specific activities. The pages aren't numbered so you can start from anywhere at any time and number the pages as you go 😇 It's a fun form of expressing yourself in silly and creative way. Often times journals tend to be more heavy with deep prompts/questions and difficult emotions which is great and necessary of course! This journal was created to lighten the mood, make it more fun, playful, creative, and easy -- also necessary! It's all about balance my dear saints!

As I said before, I've only done a few pages so far so this is a preliminary review. However, I plan on continuing it daily and making an updated review of my progress as I complete more of the pages! I'm super excited to continue on and to make an update! Stay tuned 💪🏽
