Hi Beloveds and welcome to my downloadable PDF offerings! As you probably already know, I do offer one on one coaching, however, I know that not everyone always has the time, the means, and energetic capacity to do guided deep dive healing work so I wanted to create something potentially more accessible to some. These super beautiful and well thought out PDFs are great resources for the woman who:

- wants to do the inner work but doesn't have an accommodating schedule at the moment

- deeply desires to dive into self healing therapies and practices at her own pace

- uses writing as a means of therapy and desires to expand on that

- is so ready to do the work mentally and emotionally but is financially limited for the time being

- is just beginning her journey to self development

- is interested in learning new things
